On Sunday, October 19th, 2025 at 3:30 pm, the Westfield PAL Flag Football program will once again host its annual women’s flag football tournament in Tamaques Park, Lamberts Mill Road, Westfield NJ.

This is the eleventh year of the event which raises money for the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation to help create awareness and find a cure for breast cancer.

Each year, the mothers, sisters and friends of the PAL program get together to play flag football in a fun environment while at the same time raise funds to help find a cure to this devastating disease.

Every dollar raised will go to the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation Center at Trinitas Hospital to help those women who may not have the resources they need in their fight against breast cancer. Woman of all ages are invited to play,

This is a fun, noncompetitive event. You may either register individually or put together a team.
